Friday, of course that mean Challenge Friday. This Friday our challenge was to build a structure using dry spaghetti noodles, marshmallows, tape, and of course Cheerios. The winner was the team with the most Cheerios vertically. Sadly, my team was not the winner!
The process my team went through to build our tower was plan and then build. Our first plan was to make multiple cubes and stack them. Of course, making cubes out of spaghetti, Cheerios, tape, and marshmallows isn't as easy as it may sound. So we changed our plan to the structure you see above ^. My teams standard, of course, was to win. However we did not meet it because our structure wasn't as massive as the other teams. Compared to the other teams' work, our's was different. Instead of have four long spaghetti noodles with Cheerios on them, like many of the other teams did, we broke down are spaghetti noodles. One thing I would change if I could do this project again is build my structure like the other teams did. It is nice to be original, but much better to win! What my team and I did well was thinking out of the box. Our design was much different then the other teams.
